Al Signor Presidente

Signor Presidente,
 nel corso di questi anni abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare la sua capacità di difendere la Costituzione. Personalmente l'ho conosciuta nel lontano 1992 in occasione di una sua visita a Bari. Lei proviene dalla Sinistra, quella che esisteva prima della Quercia. Una sinistra che il sottoscritto ha potuto solo sfiorare ma che ha vissuto nell'organizzazione delle Feste del'Unità a Bari...
Il sottoscritto ha frequentato il Fronte della Gioventù e i Centri Sociali, è stato per Israele quando subiva gli attacchi di Hamas, è stato per il Libano quando è stato attaccato da Israele. Il sottoscritto è dalla parte dei più deboli, è dalla parte della Pace.
Il sottoscritto e chi vorrà sottoscrivere questa lettera, è sempre stato dalla parte della Pace senza se e senza ma...
Il Giorno di Pasqua, festività cristiana, è stato disturbato da profondi rombi provenienti dalla Base militare di Gioia del Colle. Parecchi aerei son decollati verso la Libia. Il loro rumore ha disturbato il dolce silenzio della Pace.
E Lei, signor Presidente, ora sostiene questo profondo rumore. Sostiene quell'urlo di Munch... Ha visto quel quadro conservato a Oslo? Ha guardato nel profondo oblio della sua bocca aperta ad urlare il terrore?
Signor Presidente,
 quando ha detto che i bombardamenti sono la naturale evoluzione di un conflitto che non doveva nascere, ha pensato che dietro ogni guerra ci sono sofferenza, interessi economici e tante altre cose che offendono la sua natura super partes?
Io e chi sottoscrive, non condividiamo, non possiamo... L'Italia ripudia la guerra come strumento di risoluzione delle controversie internazionali...se lo ricordi...
Pensi se la Libia potesse bombardare Lampedusa o la Sicilia...cosa farebbe?
Porrò domande simili a MRS. Townsend venerdì prossimo...ma ora le pongo a Lei...
Non sostenga Berlusconi, nemmeno in questo caso...
difenda la Pace, quella senza missili
Faccia tornare nelle notti pugliesi il dolce silenzio della Pace.

Che Al Quds-Gerusalemme sia Città Aperta

Uno dei grandi punti cruciali della Pace fra Israele e Palestina è la questione di Al Quds o Gerusalemme o Yerushalaym. Ossia della città più importante per le religioni monoteistiche. Ebraismo, Cristianesimo e Islam vedono in Gerusalemme il fulcro delle loro religioni. Come scrive Michel Sabbah: "Oltre a essere una piccola Chiesa e a essere segnata dalla croce, la nostra Chiesa di Gerusalemme è plurale. Oggi sono tredici i capi delle Chiese cristiane: ognuno con una sua giurisdizione autonoma a Gerusalemme e in tutta la Terra santa. Tre patriarchi risiedono a Gerusalemme: il patriarca greco-ortodosso, il patriarca cattolico-latino e il patriarca armeno-ortodosso. Dieci altri arcivescovi e vescovi vi risiedono: tre ortodossi (siriano, copto ed etiope), cinque cattolici (melchita, maronita, siriano, armeno e caldeo), due protestanti (anglicano e luterano).".
Perché allora non rendere Gerusalemme Città Aperta? Con uno Statuto Speciale che la ponga sotto il governo di Israele e Palestina e l'autorità religiosa delle tre religioni monoteistiche.
Riprendo quindi sempre le parole d Michel Sabbah: "È per questo che chiedo uno statuto particolare con garanzie internazionali affinché Gerusalemme sia una città aperta a tutti i credenti di tutti i Paesi. Lo statuto particolare dovrebbe tener conto dei cinque componenti della città santa: i due popoli e le tre religioni. L’esclusivismo a favore di un popolo o di una religione è contrario alla natura della città e sarà causa di guerre e di instabilità. Ci deve dunque essere uguaglianza di diritti e doveri tra i cittadini, in modo che nessuno domini l’altro. Palestinesi e israeliani oggi hanno la responsabilità di trovare una soluzione politica al conflitto, ma anche di definire bene questo statuto particolare che appartiene alla città santa e che deve rispettare le speranze e i diritti dei due popoli e delle tre religioni. Gerusalemme è un simbolo e una promessa della presenza di Dio, della fraternità e della pace, per tutto il genere umano, in particolare per i figli di Abramo: ebrei, cristiani e musulmani."
Quindi, insieme alla proposta di creare due Stati ognuno con il proprio  Inno, la propria Bandiera, il proprio Governo ecc.ecc., crediamo sia fondamentale che Gerusalemme sia Città Aperta, senza Muri né barriere...

Comitato Ytzkah Rabin  Yasser  per la Pace in Medio Oriente
واحدة من نقاط المفتاح الرئيسي للسلام بين إسرائيل وفلسطين هي قضية القدس ، أو القدس أو Yerushalaym. وهذا هو أهم مدينة للأديان السماوية. اليهودية والمسيحية والإسلام في القدس ، ويرى جوهر دياناتهم. البطريرك ميشيل صباح يكتب : "إلى جانب كونها كنيسة صغيرة ، وتكون وضعت من قبل الصليب ، وكنيستنا في القدس هو الجمع واليوم هناك ثلاثة عشر من رؤساء الكنائس المسيحية ، ولكل منها اختصاصها في القدس وفي جميع أنحاء الأراضي المقدسة. البطاركه الثلاثة الذين يقيمون في القدس ، والبطريرك اليوناني الأرثوذكسي الكاثوليكية بطريرك اللاتين والأرمن الأرثوذكس عشرة مطارنة وأساقفة الأخرى التي تعيش هناك : ثلاثة الأرثوذكسية (السورية والقبطية والإثيوبية) ، وخمسة الكاثوليك (الملكيين ، الموارنة ، سوريا والأرمنية والكلدانية) ، واثنين من البروتستانتية (الانجيلية اللوثرية و) ".

لماذا لا تجعل القدس مدينة مفتوحة؟ مع النظام الأساسي الخاص الذي وضع في ظل حكومة إسرائيل وفلسطين والسلطة الدينية للديانات السماوية الثلاث.

وأغتنم أكثر من كلام غبطة البطريرك ميشيل صباح : "لهذا السبب أطلب وضعا خاصا بضمانات دولية لضمان أن القدس مدينة مفتوحة لجميع المؤمنين من جميع الأمم وضعا خاصا يجب أن تأخذ في الاعتبار العناصر الخمسة للمدينة المقدسة : إن شعبين وثلاث ديانات. التفرد لشعب أو دين مخالف لطبيعة المدينة وسيكون بسبب الحرب وعدم الاستقرار يجب ان يكون هناك بالتالي المساواة في الحقوق والواجبات بين المواطنين ، بحيث لا احد يسيطر على الآخر. الفلسطينيين والاسرائيليين اليوم تتحمل المسؤولية لإيجاد حل سياسي للصراع ، ولكن أيضا أن تحدد بوضوح هذا الوضع الخاص الذي ينتمي إلى المدينة المقدسة ، وكان لتلبية آمال وحقوق الشعبين والديانات الثلاث. القدس هو رمز ووعد الأخوة الله ، بحضور والسلام للبشرية جمعاء ، ولا سيما أبناء إبراهيم : اليهود والمسيحيين والمسلمين "

لذا ، جنبا إلى جنب مع الاقتراح الرامي إلى إنشاء دولتين مع كل النشيد الخاص بها ، علمها الخاص ، etc.etc حكومتهم الخاصة ، ونحن نعتقد أنه من الضروري أن القدس هي مدينة مفتوحة وذلك دون حواجز أو جدران...

אחת מנקודות המפתח העיקריות של שלום בין ישראל לבין פלסטין היא בעיה של אל קודס, או ירושלים או Yerushalaym. כי היא העיר החשובה ביותר עבור הדתות המונותאיסטיות. היהדות, הנצרות והאיסלאם בירושלים, רואה את הליבה של הדתות שלהם. מישל סבאח כותב: "מלבד היותו כנסייה קטנה להיות מסומן על ידי הצלב, הכנסייה שלנו בירושלים היא בלשון רבים כיום ישנם שלושה עשר ראשי כנסיות נוצריות, כל אחד עם השיפוט שלה בירושלים ובכל רחבי ארץ הקודש.. האבות שלושה תושבי ירושלים, הפטריארך היווני אורתודוקסי-הקתולית הפטריארך הלטיני ו האורתודוקסית ארמני עשר ארכיבישופים ובישופים אחרים גרים שם:. שלושת האורתודוקסית (סורי, הקופטית האתיופית), חמש קתולים (מלכיתית, מארונים, סורי , ארמנים הכלדית), שני הפרוטסטנטית (האנגליקנית לותרנית). ".

למה לא להפוך את ירושלים לעיר פתח? עם חוק מיוחד לשים תחת ממשלת ישראל ואת פלסטין ואת הסמכות הדתית של שלוש הדתות המונותיאיסטיות.

Il Comitato per la Pace fra Israele e Palestina dedicato a Ytzkah Rabin e Yasser Arafat, Premi Nobel per la Pace, agisce concretamente sostenendo le adozioni a distanza sia di bambini israeliani sia di bambini palestinesi.
Sul gruppo di Facebook sono stati pubblicati i link delle maggiori associazioni che si occupano delle adozioni a distanza.

Provvederemo ad inoltrarti i dati anagrafici e una breve storia personale del bambino insieme ad una sua fotografia e, con cadenza semestrale, notizie sul bambino adottato.Il pagamento avverra' secondo le modalita' da te scelte nel modulo adozioni a distanza on line solo a seguito della ricezione della foto del bambino e della sua condizione.Il modulo di adesione on line è stato preso in consegna dalla Fondazione AVSI, sede di Cesena (FO), responsabile delle oltre 30.000 adozioni in 35 paesi nel mondo.L'adozione ti sarà inviata tra qualche settimana, tempo necessario per l'abbinamento dell'adozione con i desideri del donatore.L'impegno per l'adozione a distanza e' annuale, tacitamente rinnovato di anno in anno. La morte di Vittorio Arrigoni non sia inutile

L'assassinio barbaro di Vittorio Arrigoni da parte dei salafiti,
ultraestremisti palestinesi, ci ha profondamente scossi. Al di là
delle sue posizioni non propriamente vicine ad Israele, noi
consideriamo questo gesto come il punto di svolta. Noi auspichiamo che
l'intero mondo possa rendersi conto che, nel dialogo di pace fra
Israele e Palestina, vi sono delle entità che disturbano con le armi
questo dialogo ma che non possono essere prese sul serio. E' come se
in Italia avessimo preso come interlocutore internazionale le Brigate
Rosse.
Noi invitiamo il governo israeliano e quello di Hamas a cogliere
questo messaggio. Devono continuare nel loro percorso di pace in
memoria di Vittorio Arrigoni come in quella di Ytkah Rabin e di tutti
quei cittadini israeliani e palestinesi che sono morti per questa
assurda guerra. Devono applicare la Risoluzione 181 delle Nazioni
Unite. Niente muri fra Israele e Palestina, ma solo frontiere come fra
ogni Stato libero. Sopratutto raccolgano l'invito del mondo arabo a
processare e distruggere questi movimenti ultraestremisti.
La Shoah ci ha insegnato una cosa fondamentale. Siamo tutti uguali. Al
di là del popolo colpito, non possiamo uccidere o discriminare
qualcuno solo per la nazionalità o per il colore della pelle o per la
religione o per il sesso o quant'altro.
Invitiamo i governi del mondo a sostenere questo dialogo di Pace.

Lettera ai dissidenti palestinesi

Vi sono persone che cercano la Pace, e chi no,

vi sono  persone che danno la vita per la Pace,e chi no.

Nel corso del nostro impegno pluriennale per la Pace in Medio Oriente abbiamo capito che, come Israele non è un monolite ma  una democrazia con opinioni diverse, così è la Palestina. Abbiamo sempre sostenuto la necessità di rispettare la Risoluzione delle Nazioni Unite che impone la creazione di due Stati.

Abbiamo sofferto quando abbiamo appreso che vi sono Israeliani che non accettano i Palestinesi, abbiamo pianto quando abbiamo scoperto che alcuni Palestinesi disegnano il loro Stato senza Israele vicino.

Oggi soffriamo perché ci rendiamo conto che, nel marasma causato dagli eventi mondiali (Giappone, Libia, Egitto, Tunisia ecc.), alcune forze che odiano la Pace stanno,contro l'interesse del proprio governo, minacciando lo Stato di Israele.

Abbiamo scoperto che Abu Mazen ha un grande nemico. Questo è Hamas, o meglio la sua frangia terroristica.

Scriviamo quindi a quelle forze dissidenti del popolo palestinese  pregandole di farsi da parte, nell'interesse mondiale. Il popolo palestinese ha bisogno di Pace. IL mondo musulmano è in rivolta contro i propri dittatori. Non viene più tollerato il lavaggio del cervello che i capi pseudomusulmani stanno compiendo sulle persone.

Potranno poi lavorare democraticamente per raggiugere gli obbiettivi del loro partito.

Ecco l'Appello che inviamo per la Pace.

There are people who give their lives for peace, and who's not.
In the course of our multi-year commitment for Peace in the Middle East we understand that, as Israel is not a monolith but a democracy with different opinions, so is Palestine. We have always supported the need to respect the UN resolution that calls for the creation of two states.
We suffered when we learned that there are Israelis who do not accept the Palestinians, we cried when we found out that some Palestinians their own state without Israel draw near.
Today, we suffer because we realize that in the chaos caused by world events (Japan, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, etc..), Some forces who hate peace are against the interest of their government, threatening the State of Israel.

Al Primo Ministro dello Stato di Israele e Ai Membri del Governo,
All'Autorità Nazionale Palestinese

torniamo per l'ennesima volta a scrivervi in seguito all'ennesimo attentato ai danni del popolo israeliano avvenuto oggi 23 marzo 2011. Noi siamo dalla parte di Israele, ma riteniamo e crediamo fondamentalmente nel diritto del popolo palestinese ad avere un proprio Stato e a vivere in Pace.
Noi crediamo che sia essenziale una presa di coscienza da parte di ambedue i popoli.
Lo Stato di Israele deve comprendere che chi compie attentati contro il suo popolo non rappresenta la volontà del popolo palestinese, ma solo quella di una minima parte che fa del terrorismo la propria ragione di vita. E' come se, in Italia, negli anni di piombo, si pensasse che i suo rappresentanti fossero le Brigate Rosse. Il nemico di Israele deve essere quindi il terrorismo di Al-Fatah e Al-Aqsa e non il popolo palestinese.
Il popolo palestinese deve prendere coscienza che non può continuare a votare Hamas perché Hamas, che finanzia Al-Fatah e Al-Aqsa, sarà la sua rovina.
Lo Stato di Israele sarà nel pieno diritto di contrattaccare, ogni qualvolta subirà un affronto da Hamas.
Ma noi chiediamo che ambedue le parti si fermino e dicano BASTA alla spirale offensiva.
Non dovranno dire "Risponderemo duramente", ma "Siamo convinti del nostro percorso di Pace, non risponderemo agli attacchi se non con un rafforzamento del dialogo.
Noi, cittadini del mondo,
chiediamo ad Israele e all'Autorità Nazionale Palestinese,
di lavorare in questo modo. E speriamo che il Santo, sia Egli benedetto, ci porti il dono della Pace.
Due Popoli, Due Stati.

استعادت للمرة الألف لكتابة الألف بعد الهجوم ضد الشعب الاسرائيلي مكان اليوم 23 مارس 2011. نحن من اسرائيل ، ولكن اعتقد اننا ونحن نعتقد أساسا في حق الفلسطينيين في اقامة دولتهم والعيش في سلام.
ونحن نعتقد أنه من الضروري لتحقيق من جانب كلا الشعبين.
ويجب على دولة إسرائيل أن تفهم أن أولئك الذين يرتكبون الهجمات ضد شعبه ، لا لإرادة الشعب الفلسطيني ، ولكن فقط على جزء صغير من الإرهاب الذي هو علة وجودها. انها مثل في ايطاليا خلال سنوات الرصاص ، وكان يعتقد أن ممثليه كانت الألوية الحمراء. ويجب على العدو من اسرائيل ان تكون لذلك الإرهاب الفاتح و آل الأقصى والشعب الفلسطيني.
ويجب على الشعب الفلسطيني أن تدرك أنه لا يمكن أن يستمر الى التصويت لحماس لان حماس ، التي تمول الفاتح و آل الأقصى ستكون له الخراب.
وسوف تكون دولة إسرائيل الحق الكامل للرد كلما تعاني إهانة لحماس.
ولكننا ندعو الطرفين الى وقف ونقول : كفى للهجوم دوامة.
لا ينبغي لها أن يقول "سنرد بقسوة ،" ولكن "نعتقد طريقنا للسلام ، ونحن لن ترد على هجمات الحوار إذا لم يكن أكثر.
نحن ، مواطني العالم ،
ونحن نحث اسرائيل والسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية ،
للعمل بهذه الطريقة. ونأمل أن القدوس ، وهو تبارك ، قد تجلب لنا هبة السلام.

We urge Israel and the Palestinian National Authority,
to work this way. And we hope that the Holy One, blessed be He, may bring us the gift of Peace.
