La pace va guardata negli occhi

Israele e Palestina verso il difficile nodo della coesistenza pacifica: un convegno sul tema mostra tutte le difficoltà

L’accordo fra Hamas e Fatah, che ancora nessuno ha letto, ma su cui si parla in continuazione, sta provocando, come abbiamo già analizzato precedentemente, grosse tensioni fra Israele e Palestina. Tensioni che stanno portando a parlare del rischio di una terza intifada, ossia rivolta palestinese. Ricordate quando i bambini della Palestina lanciavano sassi contro i carri armati?
Per analizzare la situazione attuale e i rischi eventuali, l’associazione SUMMIT, presieduta dall’on. Fiamma Nirenstein, vicepresidente della Commissione Affari Esteri della Camera ma anche notissima giornalista ed inviata in Israele, ha organizzato lunedí 30 maggio, presso la Sala delle Colonne di Palazzo Marini a Roma, un convegno molto interessante a cui ho partecipato.
Ho ancora nelle orecchie le parole che Dan Diker, Segretario Generale del World Jewish Congress, ha gridato sovrastando la voce dell'interprete: "Se l'Unione Europea sosterrà la richiesta della Palestina alle Nazioni Unite, sarà la MORTE DELLA DIPLOMAZIA e la sua firma non avrà più alcun valore". Eppure dieci minuti prima, il suo amico Bassam Eid, Direttore del Palestinian Human Rights Monitor Group, aveva chiesto solo un attimo di respiro per i Palestinesi. A loro si chiedeva univocità e quindi unione fra le diverse voci di Hamas e Fatah. Ma, ora che questo accordo c'è, si chiede di liberarsi da Hamas la terrorista. Ha chiesto respiro. Ma la situazione non è buona. E queste son pugnalate al cuore della pace.
Ecco il punto cruciale della conferenza.
Entrare nel cuore dei rapporti fra Israele e Palestina, ascoltare dalla viva voce dei suoi protagonisti mentre li si guarda negli occhi, infonde lo spirito necessario a comprendere. Guardi negli occhi un israeliano, guardi un palestinese, hai in mente lo spirito di John Kennedy e di Mohandes Karamchand Gandhi, e ti chiedi chi ha ragione, considerando che in fondo respiriamo tutti la stessa aria, viviamo tutti sotto lo stesso cielo e siamo tutti mortali…
Hai un Paese democratico come Israele che sta diventando un'enclave occidentale nel mondo islamico, che rischia di essere isolato anche dai suoi referenti come Stati Uniti e Italia.
Hai un popolo meraviglioso come quello palestinese che chiede solo di esistere, ma ha una componente terroristica legata a quella musulmana e nemica degli Stati Uniti. E di certa Italia.
E il presidente Obama che chiede i confini del 1967! Ma quali sono se allora non furono stabiliti confini! Eran solo linee di arresto dei combattimenti! Piuttosto si cerchi di risolvere la questione di Gerusalemme-al Quds, e quella della diaspora palestinese, degli insediamenti israeliani.
Bassan Eid ha sostenuto, e su questo non si può essere contrari a priori, che l’accordo fra Fatah e Hamas può essere visto specialmente come una “civilizzazione” di Hamas, e quindi può ritornare utile ad Israele perché Fatah potrebbe aver imposto nell’accordo (che nessuno ha ancora letto) l’abbandono delle finalità anti israeliane che Hamas ha nel proprio statuto e, soprattutto, il riconoscimento dello Stato di Israele.
Ma le pugnalate alla Pace ritornano quando Dan Diker dichiara che non è solo un problema israeliano, ma del mondo intero. Di nuovo torna ad erigersi ad avamposto della nostra cultura in quella araba, evocando l'undici settembre! E allora perché non ammettiamo Israele nell'Unione Europea, ma quest’ultima imponga che il riconoscimento dello Stato palestinese non venga accolto se non su basi concordate con Israele e non unilateralmente.
Tutto questo ha un break even point a settembre, dopo sarà l'inverno arabo.

La morte di Vittorio Arrigoni non sia inutile

L'assassinio barbaro di Vittorio Arrigoni da parte dei salafiti,
ultraestremisti palestinesi, ci ha profondamente scossi. Al di là
delle sue posizioni non propriamente vicine ad Israele, noi
consideriamo questo gesto come il punto di svolta. Noi auspichiamo che
l'intero mondo possa rendersi conto che, nel dialogo di pace fra
Israele e Palestina, vi sono delle entità che disturbano con le armi
questo dialogo ma che non possono essere prese sul serio. E' come se
in Italia avessimo preso come interlocutore internazionale le Brigate
Rosse.
Noi invitiamo il governo israeliano e quello di Hamas a cogliere
questo messaggio. Devono continuare nel loro percorso di pace in
memoria di Vittorio Arrigoni come in quella di Ytkah Rabin e di tutti
quei cittadini israeliani e palestinesi che sono morti per questa
assurda guerra. Devono applicare la Risoluzione 181 delle Nazioni
Unite. Niente muri fra Israele e Palestina, ma solo frontiere come fra
ogni Stato libero. Sopratutto raccolgano l'invito del mondo arabo a
processare e distruggere questi movimenti ultraestremisti.
La Shoah ci ha insegnato una cosa fondamentale. Siamo tutti uguali. Al
di là del popolo colpito, non possiamo uccidere o discriminare
qualcuno solo per la nazionalità o per il colore della pelle o per la
religione o per il sesso o quant'altro.
Invitiamo i governi del mondo a sostenere questo dialogo di Pace.

The barbaric murder of Vittorio Arrigoni by Salafis, Palestinian
extremists, has deeply shaken. Beyond his positions right next to
Israel, we consider this gesture as the turning point. We hope that
the whole world will realize that the peace talks between Israel and
Palestine, there are entities that interfere with the weapons but that
this dialogue can not be taken seriously. It 's like if we had taken
in Italy the Red Brigades International as a partner.
We urge the Israeli government and Hamas to seize this message. Must
continue on their path of peace in memory of Vittorio Arrigoni Ytkah
as in that of Rabin and all those Israelis and Palestinians who have
died for this senseless war. Must conform to United Nations Resolution
181. No walls between Israel and Palestine, but only as boundaries

Wir fordern die israelische Regierung und die Hamas auf diese
Nachricht zu ergreifen. Muss weiterhin auf ihrem Weg des Friedens in
Erinnerung an Vittorio Arrigoni Ytkah wie in jenem von Rabin und alle,
die Israelis und Palästinenser, die für diesen sinnlosen Krieg
gestorben sind. Muss der Vereinten Nationen die Resolution 181
entsprechen. Keine Mauern zwischen Israel und Palästina, sondern nur
als Grenzen zwischen den einzelnen Zustand. Vor allem erhalten die
Einladung der arabischen Welt zu zerstören versuchen diese Bewegungen
ultraestremisti.
Der Holocaust hat uns eine wichtige Sache. Wir sind alle gleich.
Jenseits der betroffenen Menschen, können wir nicht töten oder zu

Lettera ai dissidenti palestinesi

Vi sono persone che cercano la Pace, e chi no,

vi sono  persone che danno la vita per la Pace,e chi no.

Nel corso del nostro impegno pluriennale per la Pace in Medio Oriente abbiamo capito che, come Israele non è un monolite ma  una democrazia con opinioni diverse, così è la Palestina. Abbiamo sempre sostenuto la necessità di rispettare la Risoluzione delle Nazioni Unite che impone la creazione di due Stati.

Abbiamo sofferto quando abbiamo appreso che vi sono Israeliani che non accettano i Palestinesi, abbiamo pianto quando abbiamo scoperto che alcuni Palestinesi disegnano il loro Stato senza Israele vicino.

Oggi soffriamo perché ci rendiamo conto che, nel marasma causato dagli eventi mondiali (Giappone, Libia, Egitto, Tunisia ecc.), alcune forze che odiano la Pace stanno,contro l'interesse del proprio governo, minacciando lo Stato di Israele.

Abbiamo scoperto che Abu Mazen ha un grande nemico. Questo è Hamas, o meglio la sua frangia terroristica.

Scriviamo quindi a quelle forze dissidenti del popolo palestinese  pregandole di farsi da parte, nell'interesse mondiale. Il popolo palestinese ha bisogno di Pace. IL mondo musulmano è in rivolta contro i propri dittatori. Non viene più tollerato il lavaggio del cervello che i capi pseudomusulmani stanno compiendo sulle persone.

Potranno poi lavorare democraticamente per raggiugere gli obbiettivi del loro partito.

Ecco l'Appello che inviamo per la Pace.

There are people who seek peace, and who is not,
There are people who give their lives for peace, and who's not.
In the course of our multi-year commitment for Peace in the Middle East we understand that, as Israel is not a monolith but a democracy with different opinions, so is Palestine. We have always supported the need to respect the UN resolution that calls for the creation of two states.
We suffered when we learned that there are Israelis who do not accept the Palestinians, we cried when we found out that some Palestinians their own state without Israel draw near.
Today, we suffer because we realize that in the chaos caused by world events (Japan, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, etc..), Some forces who hate peace are against the interest of their government, threatening the State of Israel.
We found that Abu Mazen has a great enemy. This is Hamas, or rather the terrorist fringe.
Then we write to those dissident forces of the Palestinian people asking him to step aside in the interests worldwide. The Palestinian people need peace. The Muslim world is in revolt against their own dictators. It is no longer tolerated the brainwashing that the leaders are making pseudomusulmani on people.
They can then work democratically to reach us the objectives of their party.

Al Primo Ministro dello Stato di Israele e Ai Membri del Governo,
All'Autorità Nazionale Palestinese

torniamo per l'ennesima volta a scrivervi in seguito all'ennesimo attentato ai danni del popolo israeliano avvenuto oggi 23 marzo 2011. Noi siamo dalla parte di Israele, ma riteniamo e crediamo fondamentalmente nel diritto del popolo palestinese ad avere un proprio Stato e a vivere in Pace.
Noi crediamo che sia essenziale una presa di coscienza da parte di ambedue i popoli.
Lo Stato di Israele deve comprendere che chi compie attentati contro il suo popolo non rappresenta la volontà del popolo palestinese, ma solo quella di una minima parte che fa del terrorismo la propria ragione di vita. E' come se, in Italia, negli anni di piombo, si pensasse che i suo rappresentanti fossero le Brigate Rosse. Il nemico di Israele deve essere quindi il terrorismo di Al-Fatah e Al-Aqsa e non il popolo palestinese.
Il popolo palestinese deve prendere coscienza che non può continuare a votare Hamas perché Hamas, che finanzia Al-Fatah e Al-Aqsa, sarà la sua rovina.
Lo Stato di Israele sarà nel pieno diritto di contrattaccare, ogni qualvolta subirà un affronto da Hamas.
Ma noi chiediamo che ambedue le parti si fermino e dicano BASTA alla spirale offensiva.
Non dovranno dire "Risponderemo duramente", ma "Siamo convinti del nostro percorso di Pace, non risponderemo agli attacchi se non con un rafforzamento del dialogo.
Noi, cittadini del mondo,
chiediamo ad Israele e all'Autorità Nazionale Palestinese,
di lavorare in questo modo. E speriamo che il Santo, sia Egli benedetto, ci porti il dono della Pace.
Due Popoli, Due Stati.

استعادت للمرة الألف لكتابة الألف بعد الهجوم ضد الشعب الاسرائيلي مكان اليوم 23 مارس 2011. نحن من اسرائيل ، ولكن اعتقد اننا ونحن نعتقد أساسا في حق الفلسطينيين في اقامة دولتهم والعيش في سلام.
ونحن نعتقد أنه من الضروري لتحقيق من جانب كلا الشعبين.
ويجب على دولة إسرائيل أن تفهم أن أولئك الذين يرتكبون الهجمات ضد شعبه ، لا لإرادة الشعب الفلسطيني ، ولكن فقط على جزء صغير من الإرهاب الذي هو علة وجودها. انها مثل في ايطاليا خلال سنوات الرصاص ، وكان يعتقد أن ممثليه كانت الألوية الحمراء. ويجب على العدو من اسرائيل ان تكون لذلك الإرهاب الفاتح و آل الأقصى والشعب الفلسطيني.
ويجب على الشعب الفلسطيني أن تدرك أنه لا يمكن أن يستمر الى التصويت لحماس لان حماس ، التي تمول الفاتح و آل الأقصى ستكون له الخراب.
وسوف تكون دولة إسرائيل الحق الكامل للرد كلما تعاني إهانة لحماس.
ولكننا ندعو الطرفين الى وقف ونقول : كفى للهجوم دوامة.
لا ينبغي لها أن يقول "سنرد بقسوة ،" ولكن "نعتقد طريقنا للسلام ، ونحن لن ترد على هجمات الحوار إذا لم يكن أكثر.
نحن ، مواطني العالم ،
ونحن نحث اسرائيل والسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية ،
للعمل بهذه الطريقة. ونأمل أن القدوس ، وهو تبارك ، قد تجلب لنا هبة السلام.
